How do I manage my account online?
Click on “Free online access” in the credit card features, Type 062 and then enter the account number shown on your card mailer. Your password for the first time is your name as it shows on your card (capitalized and including spaces and dots). You will be asked to change your password after the first time you log in. Once you log in, you will be able to see your limit, the outstanding balance on your card account and the last 5 transactions authorized on your card account during the current cycle.
Can I get a supplementary card for a family member/friend?
Yes, simply call our customer care agents on 01-894010 or 01-495840. Supplementary cards are convenient because they allow you to share all the benefits and services of your card with family members and/or friends.
How do I report a lost or stolen card?
Call our 24/7 call center on 01-738800, we will block your card instantly and issue a replacement card.
Can I receive my statement of account via email?
Just fill out the e-statement form available in the “Free online Access” features and send it back to us via email to customercare@groupcfc.com
Will I get SMS notification?
Yes, you will get a free SMS notification for each transaction made on the card. The SMS will display the transaction amount, the merchant’s name, and your available balance. Moreover, you will receive an SMS notification at the end of each cycle stating the balance due, the minimum due amount, and the payment due date along with a payment confirmation whenever you make a payment on your card.
Can I change the card PIN Code?
Yes, you can change your PIN code at any ATM within the CSC network.
If my card is stuck in the ATM machine, what should I do?
If your card is stuck in the ATM machine, simply call our customer care agents on
01-984010 or 01-495840 and they will issue a replacement card.
What do I do if I receive an SMS for an unidentified transaction?
Simply call our 24/7 call center on 01-738800. We will block your card instantly, issue a replacement, and send you a dispute to be filled for the unidentified transactions.
Can I use my card for online purchases?
Shop online in peace of mind, with 3D secure from Capital Finance Company S.A.L (CFC), you can process your local or international online bookings and purchases in a secure manner. At the time of purchase, your transaction will be authenticated through the use of a unique password that you will receive on your mobile number recorded with Capital Finance Company S.A.L (CFC).

What is the core condition to benefit from a personal loan?
The personal loan’s monthly payment must not exceed 35% of your monthly income. In case you have a housing loan, your total monthly payments must not exceed 45% of your household monthly income.
